Sven Lidén was CEO and Head of Investor Relations and Marketing of Adveq, a Swiss asset manager with over USD 8 billion in AUM. He joined the company in 2011 and left his role following the sale of Adveq to Schroders, UK’s biggest listed fund manager. Sven was responsible for the coordination of all investor related activities and a member of Adveq’s Management Committee. Before joining Adveq, Sven worked for 10 years at Man Investments, most recently as the Head of Product Strategy and Business Development. Prior to this, he was a member of the Executive Management Team at RMF, where he acted as Head of Business Development and Client Services, Head of Portfolio Management and Head of Global Leveraged Finance.
John Ramsay served as the interim CEO of Syngenta AG from October 2015 to June 2016, CFO from 2007 to 2016 and Group Financial Controller from 2000 to 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Finance Head Asia Pacific for Zeneca Agrochemicals from 1994 to 1999, Financial Controller of ICI Malaysia from 1990 to 1993 and ICI Plant Protection Regional Controller Latin America from 1987 to 1990. Before joining ICI in 1984, John worked in Audit and Tax at KPMG. Among other roles, in 2017 he was appointed member of the Supervisory Board at Koninklijke DSM and independent non-executive director of RHI Magnesita.
Christian led the growth of responsAbility from USD 80 million in 2006 to over USD 3 billion in AUM in 2018 as CIO, member of the investment committee and member of executive management responsible for debt financing activities, origination, portfolio management, risk management, operations and finance. Following a degree in banking & finance, Christian worked at Credit Suisse First Boston’s corporate, investment banking and credit risk departments before joining Zurich Insurance Group’s group treasury corporate finance departments. He later headed the investor relations department of a small listed private equity company and became group treasurer of the Swiss cable and telco company Cablecom (including during its IPO preparations and trade sale).
The Advisory Board is an informal body composed by accomplished professionals, who have agreed to contribute with expertise and provide non-binding strategic advice to the management of the company. The Advisory Board is distinct from the Board of Directors.
